Originally born in Detroit, Martin’s family came to Tennessee as part of, as he calls it, The Great Saturn Migration of 1989.

Raised in Franklin, Martin has witnessed firsthand the growth that Middle Tennessee has seen over the past 30+ years, and has a keen familiarity with the various cities and neighborhoods around Nashville.

Affectionately referred to as the “Godfather of Contract-to-Close”.

Martin lives in Spring Hill with his wife and children. He is active in his faith, enjoys cooking for family and friends, and is a passionate hockey fan.
